Mike Downey joins us as Vice President of Account Management, and he's here to build the renewal and growth engine that takes Coverdash to the next level. What He's Here to Do
The mandate is clear: stand up a world-class account management function from the ground up. That means hiring the right people, building the processes that scale, and making sure every client interaction drives real value. It's the kind of work that quietly makes everything else possible - and it's what Coverdash needs right now.
Why We're Confident
Mike spent the last four and a half years at Vouch Insurance, where he built the company’s renewal operations from the ground up, developing client playbooks, segmenting the book to deliver the right level of service and coverage guidance to each client, moving the business up-market, and establishing the team structures that powered Vouch’s account management engine. He has built this kind of system before, and he’s here to do it again.
